President Amy Novak will be moderating the panel "Philadelphia’s Next Frontier: Commercial Real Estate Trends Reshaping the Region From Center City" conversions to life science labs, women leaders discuss what’s driving development and investment across Greater Philly.

Bisnow is excited to bring back our annual Philadelphia Women Leading Real Estate (WLRE) event. 

Our WLRE initiative honors top-level executives and industry leaders who shape commercial real estate, and brings awareness to the importance of improving the diversity of our industry, particularly when it comes to hiring and promoting women. 

For this year's awards, we are honoring women in five categories. A select number of honorees for each category will be recognized at the event.

• CRE Brokers - A top-performing broker who has successfully closed major transactions, negotiated high-value deals, and played a pivotal role in shaping Philadelphia’s real estate landscape. 
• Women in Development and Construction - A visionary developer or trailblazer in construction leading groundbreaking projects, driving innovation, and transforming Philadelphia’s built environment. 
• Excellence in Law, Accounting, or Insurance - A distinguished professional in legal or financial services whose expertise has been instrumental in structuring and executing major Philadelphia real estate transactions. 
• VIP: Very Integral Person - the people who hold it all together! Often operating in the background, they are essential to success in ways that may not always be visible but are always deeply felt. From marketing strategists to project coordinators, to tenant relations pros, this VIP deserves a moment in the spotlight.
