What started out as a mission to add more kindness in the world grew into helping others leave more impact, live a fulfilled life, get out of their own way, and create thriving workplace cultures. Imposter Syndrome: Getting Out of Your Own Way

In industries like construction, where women are often navigating spaces where they may be the only woman in the room, imposter syndrome can quietly undermine confidence, voice, and leadership. This engaging and interactive session explores how self-doubt, fear of rejection, and the pressure to prove yourself can hold talented professionals back. Through storytelling, guided reflection, and facilitated discussion prompts, participants will explore how to reframe rejection as redirection, strengthen their sense of belonging, confidently use their voice, and step more fully into their expertise. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to stand strong in their work, move past internal barriers, and take meaningful steps toward their goals while also connecting and networking with other women navigating similar paths in the industry. 

Being a Leader Worth Following: Finding Your Voice and Communicating with Impact

Strong teams are built on strong leadership, and leadership today is less about titles and more about influence, trust, and how we show up for the people around us. In this session, participants will explore what it truly means to be a leader worth following by learning how to find and use their voice, communicate with clarity and confidence, and build trust within their teams. Throughout the session attendees will see how effective communication strengthens collaboration, improves problem-solving, and creates a culture where people feel valued and heard. Participants will leave with practical tools to communicate more effectively, lead with confidence, and create a positive ripple effect within their teams and organizations.
