Let’s learn together about the importance of inclusive language as we watch Fahad Seed articulate how his experiences fostered him the opportunity to lead others to empathy and respect for all. It all begins with the way we speak to each other. As recent events have inspired everyone into talking about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, let’s talk about the fundamentals. Fahad Seed, a diversity trainer and activist addresses the myth that inclusive language and acronyms create more barriers than they tear down. Fahad Seed, explains how redefining the constructs around personal identity can have positive reproductions for the marginalized and majority.
